Manage a Child's Prescriptions
To become an Rx Caregiver for a child, you'll need a CVS.com perdass, the child's date of birth and information from one of his or her prescriptions.
Note: You must be the child's legal guardian and he or she must be under 18. If your child is older, you'll need to follow the steps for an adult.

Manage an Adult's Prescriptions
To become an Rx Caregiver for an adult, you'll need to request access to his or her prescriptions through our secure process.
You'll need a CVS.com perdass, your family member's email address (which needs to be different than yours) and information from one of his or her prescriptions. You'll walk through three easy steps to help verify your identity and then email an authorization request to your family member.
Your adult family member will need to respond to your request and then set up a CVS.com perdass, add prescription management and authorize your access.
